Cell service can be spotty at the mountain and is carrier dependent. Verizon has the strongest signal but can still be slow or unusable at times due to the amount of attendees.
Attendees can inquire about lost items at the Guest Services booth, located next to the Main Event Entrance. Attendees are encouraged to visit this booth to ask questions and receive information regarding the festival.
